Project Overview

REDCON Land Surveying is proud to bring our expertise to major state infrastructure as the trusted surveying partner for the UDOT I-15 and 1600 South Interchange project. Spanning critical corridors including Canyon Creek Parkway, Main Street, and the I-15 ramps, this extensive roadway overhaul requires the highest level of precision from experienced Utah land surveyors.

Before ground was broken, our team utilized high-accuracy UAV mapping in Utah to capture comprehensive existing-conditions data, clearing limits, and right-of-way boundaries. Throughout the project's lifecycle, we have provided full-scale construction surveying in Utah to guide the implementation of complex roadway geometries, multi-lane tapers, and retaining walls.

Because this project involves a massive overhaul of underground and overhead systems, our utility staking has been essential. We laid out precise coordinates for storm drains, water lines, gas mains, and extensive fiber optic/power networks. Additionally, our construction staking supported the installation of advanced Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including wrong-way radar detection, ATMS, and traffic signal foundations. By bridging the gap between UDOT's engineering plans and the boots on the ground, REDCON ensures this vital Utah County corridor is built accurately, safely, and on schedule.
